Washington Advocacy Update

The Franklin Partnership (TFP) is actively involved in all of the major policy debates on isssues critical to small and medium sized manufacturers. TFP recently learned that the White House is beginning to formulate an official manufacturing policy. On behalf of PMPA, TFP is working with other metalworking associations to present sound policy for small to medium sized manufacturers to deliver to the President's newly appointed Senior Counselor for Manufacturing Policy. PMPA will provide details on national manufacturing policy as they become available. In addition to national manufacturing policy, this report includes updates on Health Care, Access to Credit, Climate Change, Labor Law and Trade Enforcement.
